Registered Version
------------------
One registered copy of JSMail may either be used by a single
person who uses the software personally on one or more computers,
or installed on a single computer and used by multiple people, 
but not both.


Disclaimer of Warranty

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SUPPLIED "AS IS" AND
WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY
OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Because of the
various hardware and software environments into which JSMail may
be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS
OFFERED.

Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be
thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it.
The user must assume the entire risk of using the program.  ANY
LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT

Evaluation and Registration

This is not free software.  You are hereby licensed to use this
software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 28
days.  If you use this software after the 28 day evaluation period
you should register your copy by buying an appropriate licence.

    up to  50 maildrops    GBP50  (US$85)
    unlimited maildrops    GBP75  (US$125)


You can upgrade your licence - the fee is the difference between
that of the licence you already have and the one you want. To upgrade,
send the appropriate fee along with your current licence key
and the name to whom your current version is licenced. You
can get this information by typing 'register' at the JSMail>
prompt. 

Payments must either be in UK Sterling or, if payment is
by cheque, in the national currency of the bank on which
the cheque is drawn ( eg US$ for a US based bank ) and 
should be sent to

Sorry, credit cards are not accepted.

When payment is received you will be sent a registered copy of the
latest version of JSMail by electronic mail or if you prefer, on

Distribution

Provided that you verify that you are distributing the unregistered
version, you are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the 
unregistered version of this software and documentation as you 
wish; give exact copies of the original unregistered version to 
anyone; and distribute the unregistered version of the software 
and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means. 
There is no charge for any of the above.

You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting
donations, for any such copies, however made; and from
distributing the software and/or documentation with other products
without prior written permission.
